Fresh Care offers a complete line
of Continuous Flow or Batch type Hydrocoolers to meet your operation's specific
needs. Our designs are focused on providing fast cool down times while optimizing
energy and water use with minimal maintenance. Hydrocoolers are provided with
complete HACCP documentation and are sized from 2 pallets to 24 pallet capacity.
All Hydrocoolers
include the following features:
- Closed circuit water system
with minimized sumps to conserve energy and water use.
- Heat exchangers have maximized
prime surface. UHMW plastic perforated water distribution panels are located
above and below coil to assure fast, even cooling and optimal water distribution
over product.
- Cabinets are constructed of
stainless steel on all water contact surfaces to insure low maintenance
costs and the long life of this investment.
