All Pressure Coolers are provided with complete HACCP documentation and are sized from 2 to 20 pallet capacity.

All pressure coolers include the following features:

• High pressure, reverse-pitch, mounted plug fans provide rapid temperature pull down at reduced noise levels.
• Slide out fan-carriage provides ease of maintenance and sanitation inspections.
• All aluminum cabinet, discharge hood and defrost pans with drain connections.
• Evaporator coils are horizontally mounted and run almost the entire width of the cooler for ease of cleaning and optimum heat transfer.
• Halocarbon or ammonia refrigeration systems are available.
• Electrical controls include: motor starters, re-settable cycle timers, time remaining indicators, defrost delay timer and digital readout.
• Options include automatic tarp retrieval, humidification systems and dual cabinets for large operations.
